Tekmark's Solution

Deploying our MSSP-in-a-Box™ solution, TekSecure Labs^SM, a division of Tekmark, supplied the ISP with fully-provisioned configured SonicWALL firewalls, complete with delivery, installation support, and monitoring services directly routable to end customers of the ISP. Our state-of-the-art Security Operations Center (SOC) provided 24/7 security monitoring functions, Tier 1, 2 and 3 hotline assistance for interruptions to business operations, online re-configuration, and management services to support changing business needs. We enriched these service offerings to the ISP customers with customized monthly security activity reports.
